In February 2023, the five tarps of Déplacé.e.s children were brought together for the first time.
Over fourteen hundred people filled the streets of Turin, Italy to help carry the images. With each tarp beginning at a different point in the city, the processions converged on Piazza San Carlo. From above, the children were captured playing together, their youthful aura inspiring hope.
The processions took place prior to the opening of JR - Déplacé.e.s at Gallerie d’Italia.
